These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of OptionTurtle, a systematic-trading technology product provided by TradeBoTicks Trading Systems Private Limited ("TradeBoTicks", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a broker or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any plan-specific or onboarding terms shown to you.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and eligible to maintain and use the broker account connected to OptionTurtle.

2. Nature of the Service
OptionTurtle is a technology product for systematic trading. Features may include broker connectivity, market monitoring, system-generated trade signals, option selection, predefined risk and position-sizing controls, automated or rule-based order execution, trade monitoring, research information and account-level user controls.

OptionTurtle does not hold or take custody of your trading capital. Your funds and securities remain in your connected broker account. After you activate the system and authorize broker connectivity, OptionTurtle may place, modify or cancel orders through the connected broker API in accordance with the system's predefined logic, risk controls and your selected account settings.

3. Broker and Third-Party Services
OptionTurtle currently supports broker connectivity through third-party APIs, including Zerodha Kite Connect, and may add or change supported brokers over time. Brokers, exchanges, market-data providers, payment providers, cloud providers and other third parties operate under their own terms, policies, availability and technical constraints.

You are responsible for maintaining an eligible broker account, sufficient funds or margin, valid broker authorization and any permissions required by your broker. References to a third-party broker or service do not by themselves imply endorsement, partnership or approval beyond the applicable technical integration.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
The applicable price, fee structure, billing frequency, taxes and plan-specific conditions are displayed before purchase or activation. Depending on the plan selected, charges may include a fixed subscription fee and/or a performance-linked platform fee calculated as disclosed in the product or pricing page.

Fees already charged for an active billing period or completed fee-calculation period are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise. You may stop future recurring charges by cancelling an eligible recurring plan in accordance with the cancellation flow made available to you. We may revise pricing for future periods with appropriate notice.

5. User Control and Responsibilities
You retain control of your broker account, trading capital and the ability to start or stop the OptionTurtle system and to exit an active trade, subject to broker, exchange, market and technical availability. You are responsible for reviewing your account, maintaining secure credentials and devices, and ensuring that the service and trading activity are suitable for your circumstances.

You must use OptionTurtle in compliance with applicable law and must not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass security controls of, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.

6. Trading Risk
Trading in securities and derivatives, including options, involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital. Automated trading does not remove market risk. Actual execution may differ from expected, simulated or backtested results because of volatility, liquidity, slippage, price gaps, latency, connectivity failures, broker or exchange outages, order rejection, partial fills, API behaviour and other market or technical conditions.

Backtests, simulations, research metrics and historical results are provided for research and informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.

7. No Guarantee of Profit
OptionTurtle does not promise or guarantee profits, returns, loss prevention, uninterrupted execution or that any strategy or risk-control mechanism will perform as expected in all market conditions. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as personalized financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, broker-integration, regulatory or business reasons. Supported brokers, instruments, strategies, execution methods and product features may change over time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual Property
The OptionTurtle and TradeBoTicks names, software, interfaces, algorithms, system logic, designs, text, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to TradeBoTicks unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal or regulatory requirements, broker-integration constraints, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeBoTicks and OptionTurtle are not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from market movements, third-party services, broker or exchange systems, connectivity, latency, API failures, order rejection, partial fills or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will indicate the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
